If you are P411, TER Whitelisted or a Date-Check member, please send a request through the site or provide your membership number in your request below.  Your appointment request is almost instant and these are my most preferred methods of verifying my friends.

Please read before you decide to use a reference

Ask yourself the most important question.  

Are you sure she is reference friendly? 

If you are not sure, please contact your reference before you send an appointment request.  Please let her know you would like to use her as a reference and that someone will be calling.

Feel free to fill out as much information as you feel comfortable with.  Additionally, please do not forget to provide me with your references and their contact information.  If I am not comfortable with your references, I will ask for some personal information to screen you in conjunction with the references.

If you choose not to use a reference and would like to submit to a personal screening only, I would be happy to assist you with making that happen as comfortable and professional as I can for you.

Are you new to the hobby and/or do not have a reference?

Fill out ALL personal fields.  You must be willing to submit to an extremely discreet  check to satisfy my reference needs.  Please note that all follow up regarding this matter will be done by me personally and done so in a very private and professional manner as to not compromise your discretion. 

All new requests take at least 24 hours to clear.   This is really the only part that I expect to be a little time consuming and pesky.  After that it is smooth sailing from there.

Some personal information is essential if you do not have references and there is no way around this.  Please do not try to ask or expect me to bend this rule.

The "Do I really Need to Tell You?" Rule

Keep your communication to what is asked for.  Vulgar descriptive is rude and will not be tolerated or responded to for appointment.  Mention of anything other then the compensation for my time and companionship, will result in the termination of all communication between myself and you.  If you feel the need to have me explain anything in detail beyond this website, you have stumbled upon an area you have no business being in but I thank you deeply for your interest.
